Terran vs. Protoss is a pretty dynamic matchup in Starcraft 2. There;s a lot of different

strategies that both sides can do to throw each other off guard and snag the win. Terran

players can get Ghosts early to EMP Protoss shields down and snag the win. Ghosts are a very

powerful unit, especially against the Protoss because of their ability to EMP their shields

away. Together with upgraded Marines & Medivacs, the Ghost can be a terrifying force for any

Protoss player to deal with. A relatively small army can take on a bigger force of Protoss

units because of their synergy together. Let;s take a look at how this build works. Here;s

the basic strategy behind this Terran vs Protoss build. Start out with a very basic Terran

build order: Supply Depot, Barracks, Refinery, Orbital Command, & a Tech Lab on your

Barracks. This allows you to make a Reaper out of your Barracks before any other units. It;s

pretty late for Reaper harass, but you can use it mostly for scouting rather than killing

probes. Then build another Barracks w/ Reactor, grab the second Refinery, and build a Ghost

Academy. Next tech to Medivacs and start making Ghosts when you have the gas. Beef up your

Marines with Combat shield and Stim Packs. From there make some Medivacs for support, maybe

some Marauders to slow their units down, and power your way into the Protoss base. Don;t

move out until you have around 85 food worth of units and Combat Shield and Stim Packs are

researched. At this time you should have a Command Center just about done to send to your

expansion. You should be able to move out before your opponent has the chance to tech to

Colossi or High Templar, so your low hp Marines are still relatively safe. If Colossi do

come out, then it;s up to you to micro your marines by splitting them up so they take as

little splash damage as possible. If your opponent gets a couple High Templar out, then you

have Ghosts ready to EMP their energy away and snipe them if necessary. Just 2 snipes will

kill a High Templar. If you can;t quite destroy your opponent with this first push, then you

can transition into a more Marauder heavy force to deal with armor that comes out. And

easily get a few tanks out of your Factory for some long range support. Overall this build

is a deadly strategy to use against Protoss as a Terran player. Practice will help you

master the build, and will help you figure out how to transition your army if it continues

into the mid to late game. Use it well!   cheap wow gold
